Return Policy

SunKing Co accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise that are returned in original condition within 7 to 10 business days of purchase.

*Ineligible Items:  Worn or washed items are not returnable.

Free Shipping With Re-Orders

If you need to return an item, or items,  AND want to re-order the same item, or items, in a different size or color we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Email info@sunkingco.com to request your Return Label & place your re-order with Customer Support.  After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined below.

How do I return an item?
1
.  Securely package the items you wish to return and Email Customer Support at info@sunkingco.com to request a Return Label.
2.  Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list.  If you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information will be sufficient:

   • Name
   • Order number
   • Address
   • Phone number
   • Reason for the return

3.  Give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office or collection box with Return Label applied to package.

Can I use my own shipping label?
If you do not use our free USPS Return Label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs with the carrier.
 
Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost.

Orders will be reshipped at the customer's expense.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If any package or items appear to have been damaged in transit, please Email Customer Support at info@sunkingco.com for a free USPS Return Label to return the merchandise.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, your refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account depending upon your financial institution.
